Wedding Packages & Pricing

One Day Services:
- Use of The Pavilion’s Public areas and outdoor estate grounds for the Rental period from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M on the day of the wedding. (Free WiFi)
- Use of the Bridal Room for prepping purposes of bride and attendants.
- Use of the upstairs conference room for bridal breakfast/ luncheon.
- Use of the first floor of the Pavilion for the purpose of kitchen for caterer, banquet hall for reception/ and/or indoor ceremony, restrooms and coat closets for the comfort of your guests.
- Round tables, rectangular tables and cocktails furnished by the Pavilion for your function, includes chairs for inside and outside use. WE handle all of the setup/take down.
- Rehearsal time, scheduled prior to event, for 1 to 1.5 hours. Day and time depend on The Pavilion scheduled events.
- Allowed to schedule a photo shoot anytime during the year prior to wedding on the grounds of the Pavilion. (we do not provide photographer)
- The Pavilion Staff : Provides one person on duty during your entire function to work with other vendors and sees that all chairs and tables are setup and taken down per the requirements of the event.
- The Pavilion Staff: Provides someone to direct your guests for parking and directions to the event site.
- Shuttles couple on golf cart for photos around the farm.
Pricing:
75 or LESS Guests:
Sunday–Thursday: $4000
Holiday Monday, Friday–Saturday: $5000
76 or MORE Guests (not to exceed 250):
Sunday–Thursday: $5500
Friday–Saturday: $6500

Weekend Special #1:
Friday–Arrive anytime after 3:00 PM
- You have access to The Pavilion and Guest House
- You can start your unloading/decorating up until 7:00 PM
- Have a scheduled rehearsal but no rehearsal dinner
- Guest house #1 for the night–sleeps 6 adults
- Staff person on duty throughout your event
- We will accept early deliveries of rental items
Saturday-All of the One Day Services
- Access to The Pavilion and it’s grounds as early as needed for hair and makeup etc.
- 3 bedroom/2.5 bath Guest House #1 for the night–sleeps 6 adults
- Provide Officiant
- Provide Linen tablecloths and napkins
- Provide trash removal
Sunday–Return for cleanup/pack up of your belongings
Pricing:
$8500
Price does not include taxes
Weekend Special #2:
Friday–Arrive anytime after 12 PM
- You have access to The Pavilion and 3 bedroom/2.5 bath Guests Houses #1 and #2
- You have a scheduled rehearsal and may have a rehearsal dinner in The Pavilion or other predetermined area on the property. We set up tables and chairs for this with linens.
- Staff person on duty throughout your event
- We will accept early rental items
Saturday–All of the One Day Services
- Access to The Pavilion Public areas as early as needed for hair/makeup etc.
- 3 bedroom/2.5 bath Guest Houses #1 and #2 for the night
- Provide linen tablecloths/ napkins
- Provide Officiant
- Provide trash removal
Sunday-Return for clean up and pack up of your belongings
- We will allow pickup of rental items on Monday

Extra Small Weddings
Backyard Wedding
- You choose a block of 4 hours between the hours of 2:00PM and 9:00PM.
- We provide the location with chairs for ceremony, an officiant, and beautiful scenery for photographs
- You can dress onsite and serve food and beverages during your time frame
